When will my order arrive?

The following are estimated transit times for receiving your order:
 
United States: 2-9 business days on average.
Canada: 10-15 business days on average.
United Kingdom: 10-15 business days on average.
Australia: 17-21 business days on average.
Rest of the world: 20-30 business days on average.

Please note that your order will require up to 24 hours of processing and production time before it is ready to be shipped.

How can I track my order?

 When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking number. Using this number you will be able to know where is your item and when it is going to arrive to you.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

 This depends on the area you are ordering from. If you order from Europe, for instance, you will be charged with VTA duties. In other words, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes.

 Please be aware that jewelrygroves.com does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

 Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by jewelrygroves.com, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

 We always work hard to ensure that all items are of the highest quality and guarantee to our customers a great brand experience. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at sales@jewelrygroves.com , so we can urgently review the matter and find the best solution for you.

What is your returns policy?

We offer 15-day after delivery hassle-free return for your items.

 The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been used in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

jewelrygroves.com offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

 All returns must be sent to our warehouses in the United States and Europe. However, the address where you should send the return will be sent to you when you contact us for a return at  sales@jewelrygroves.com

How do I request a return?

 To initiate a return, simply email us at  sales@jewelrygroves.com using the same e-mail address you used to order the item. We will send you the address you need to use to send back the items.

Once we receive the items, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

 jewelrygroves.com cannot be held liable for the loss of the items during the return process. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
